Winning the fight against process complexity: Celonis’ process mining technology offers companies full transparency over their daily processes. Leading companies across all industries rely on Celonis to detect and fix bottlenecks, improve customer satisfaction and meet sustainability goals.
Variant clustering groups together similar cases in homogeneous clusters to deal with the overwhelming complexity of business processes. However, existing approaches couldn’t cope with the amount of data processed by Celonis, motivating the development of our novel, highly scalable clustering algorithm.
With this new clustering algorithm, a new range of applications is possible. Your challenge is to build a visualisation of the clustering which breaks down process complexity and derive valuable insights out of a highly complex process.
Requirements:
Challenge language: English
Challenge Topic: Visualization and analysis of variant clusters.
Required skills: Knowledge of one front-end framework. Previous knowledge of Process Mining and Celonis is helpful.

Bring your own device! Of course, Wi-Fi is available. During the three days, we will provide you with food and drinks. If you want to sleep in between, please bring a sleeping bag / sleeping mat.
